We are committed to finding the best qualified homeowners to help us turn our community around, now!

We are homeowners at CDM who are fed up with the way our board in running the community! We are looking for homeowners who would like to sit on a new board that functions for the home owners. We need people who realize how life works, like your HOA dues do not go down when prices for everything in the world are going up. A board member must know they work for the homeowners and not for any personal agenda. A board member knows that there are 134 homeowners and they are all to be treated equal. A board members knows you have board meetings once a month. We are looking for volunteers now for when the current board is gone. CDM needs your help to make this a premier community in Scottsdale.
